Scheduling

For your convenience, we provide up to date options via our booking system. Appointments can be made as early as the day before.
Please give us notice of your request to reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling us directly at (443) 536-2308.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Cash.
For your convenience, we provide easy checkout via our secure website.
We do not require deposit for scheduled appointments.

Refund Policy

We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case by case basis. In the event that you’d like to make a request for a refund, please contact, Owner, Durrell Bolden, at (443) 536-2308 with all questions and concerns.

We require our customers to clear the floor being serviced of all items that inhibit the ability of our techs to clean the scheduled service space.
Our techs generally do not move any articles of furniture that exceed 50 pounds for safety and insurance purposes.
